Catering

Hiring and working with a caterer can seem like an imposing chore if you have never done it before. What does the caterer do? What do you do? Can you have any kind of food or only certain items from some list? Does the caterer provide only the food or can they handle everything from tables and chairs to plates? And what about servers?

Dream City will answer your questions fully and completely and make it possible for you to focus on the event - be it a wedding, birthday, business meeting or whatever. We handle the rest.

Unlike other caterers you have seen or worked with in the past we don't have one of those "pick three appetizers from this page, two entrees from that page and you always get these deserts" type of menus. We work with you to custom design what would be best for you. Of course we have a number of items we make a lot - and yes, we do still have the salmon that everyone loves - but we also can create special things just for your event.
